Maria Patterson
Director of Operations
Maria is our Director of Operations and manages the Firm’s client intake and accounting departments. She is the first point of contact for all administrative matters, including Human Resources.
Maria is a visionary. She has exceptional managerial skills and a talent for leading the Firm’s operations in a growth-minded direction. She is a problem-solver, who ensures the Firm’s operations run smoothly, while maintaining a positive and motivating workplace environment.
Maria has a background in criminology and communications, and almost a decade of business administration and legal experience. She is a Licenced Paralegal (2011) and, a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to becoming the Firm’s Director of Operations, Maria worked for some of Canada’s best-known law firms.
