Jennifer provides employment and labour advice and representation to businesses and individuals. She is a dedicated lawyer who is relentlessly committed to providing clients with the highest quality services.

Prior to joining Hyde HR Law, Jennifer worked at a well-known employment and labour law firm where she represented both management and unions in various labour matters, as well as both employees and employers.

Jennifer has a very extensive background in labour law, including but not limited to compliance with collective agreements, grievances, unfair labour practice complaints, first contract arbitrations, applications for certification, and termination of bargaining rights.

Jennifer also has a broad level of experience in employment law, having represented both employers and employees in a wide range of cases including wrongful dismissal, unjust dismissal, employment standards complaints, and human rights matters.

With that breadth of experience, Jennifer brings insight from multiple perspectives when providing advice on a variety of labour and employment matters.

Education:

Jennifer was called to the bar in 2020, after earning her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to attending Law School, Jennifer obtained an Honours B.A. from Queen’s University.
