What We Seek

We are looking for entrepreneurial partners and ambitious associates, to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking partners who:

  • have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on employment cases and management-side labour matters;
  • have strong personal and professional integrity;
  • excel in oral advocacy;
  • possess networking experience and social skills to market themselves effectively and grow their practice within our firm; and
  • have a portable practice (employment and/or labour law) and want the right platform to develop it.

We are seeking junior to mid-level associates who:

  • have 2 to 6 years of experience working on employment cases and management-side labour matters;
  • possess strong marketing skills and a talent for attracting new clients;
  • have excellent research and writing skills; and
  • excel in oral advocacy.
